NLK Distributors Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
At NLK Distributors, we strive to ensure that our customers receive high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original packaging and in unused, undamaged condition.
- Any tampered, broken, or missing parts will void the return eligibility.
- Returns are only accepted if the item meets the manufacturer’s return standards.
2. Return Locations
Customers can return products to the following locations:
- Regional Centers: Items may be returned to our designated regional centers.
- Centralized Warehouses: Returns can also be sent to our Durban or Johannesburg warehouses.
3. Undelivered Goods & Re-Dispatch
If an order is not successfully delivered due to reasons such as incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel:
- The package will be returned to our distribution center.
- The customer has the option to request re-dispatch at an additional cost, covering:
- Re-delivery fees
- Warehousing and handling charges
Failure to make payment for re-dispatch within 7 days will result in order cancellation, with no refund provided for shipping and handling fees.
4. How to Initiate a Return
If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email at info@nlkdistributors.shop to request a return authorization.
- Provide the following details:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Pictures (if applicable)
- After approval, return the item to the designated return center or warehouse.
- Once received and inspected, we will process the refund or replacement.
5. Refund & Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and successfully inspected.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
- Shipping fees, warehousing charges, and handling costs are non-refundable.
6. Exclusions & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging.
- Custom or special-order products.
- Perishable or consumable goods.
7. Policy Changes & Updates
NLK Distributors reserves the right to modify or terminate this return policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
